Baffled like NEVER before

Okay..so I was watching Chelsea Lately, and she was talking about Hannah Montana(some girl show on Nickelodeon?) and she(hannah montana) apparently is a "pop star" as well, whatever a "pop star" is.(A joke in my opinion)..Anyways, so shes playing "concerts" all over right now..Chelsea askes her panel to take a wild guess at how much the tickets cost...Nobody is even close.These hannah montana tickets are selling for $2500 a piece! And the show sold out in 8 minutes!!! WHAT?! Chelsea was beside herself, and said who does she think she is, The Beatles???
How is this possible? How is this occurring in the world I live in? This girl is like 15 years old, cant sing, doesnt play an instrument, and shes a millionaire. Unbelievable. America is making less and less sense to me..but can you believe it, $2500 to see a 15 year old jump around on stage in a glittery tank top and a pair of sketchers. Ridiculous!! I've seen great concerts for about 30-40 bucks. And a local band here in NY "Gamalon"..Ive seen them for free, twice! And they are amazing!! And they give music lessons for a living, OOHH But Hannah Montana gets to live in a mansion and drink as many juice boxes as she wants every day. (I assume thats what "Pop sensations" who are like 12 drink) And to bring up what I originally compared it to..Is, Im getting to see Adrian Belew for like $30!! ADRIAN BELEW! I MEAN COME ON!!! This is an outrage!! If you see a crazy chick on the 10 o'clock news "TP"ing, egging, and tomatoeing,(i think i just made that word up) a Hollywood mansion, belonging to, i dunno, lets say Hannah CantStandYa's house for example, youll know its me..Yeah, that's right.

Okay, so call me a crazy fan..I dont care. :)
I was looking up when Adrian Belew would be coming to/around NY, and found his blogspot here, and hes playing right in Buffalo, I couldnt contain my excitement, So I had this urge to create an account, and tell him(or whoever runs his page) that I am pumped!! :)
So now, I am off to listen to some amazing Adrian<3and maybe throw in my Crimson DVD, Man with an Open Heart is one of my many favorites! "Could be irregular and singing in her underwear" story of mah life babe :D What I would give to actually see him sing that song live...

So this brings me to another small rant: WHAT are people listening to these days?? I cant seem to get over it. Pussycat Dolls? Lil Mama?.whats that song about her lip gloss poppin?? Umm yeah right. ashley simpson?..can the world get a clue already PLEASE? I am only 20 years old, so these 30 somethings driving down the street in their 1989 Camaros blasting Lil john REALLY need to wake up and hit the record store immediately for something worth the $$. My blogs will mainly be me talking about music, since it is my love, and consumes most of my time. Why am I writing still...right--its Adrian time!!
